What's new for September, 2010?

Greetings and welcome to the 'new' jaybuckey.com!

I've made some major changes to the web site, bringing it to a new level. Most of the older files are still here but the pages have been streamlined and brought up to date with the latest in web technology. Several new features have been added for your convenience and surfing enjoyment:

  • An mp3 player is at the top/left of the pages. These are streaming audio files of new songs that are being released for your listening pleasure. The 'title' of the song, 'artist' or 'publication' will scroll through the play list. You can stop the player by clicking on the button to the far left of the player. Or, click on the 'forward' button to advance to the next song. The choice is yours!

  • The Pages are easier to navigate with menus with sub-menus. For example, under 'Music', you will see the various instrument categories. As, an example, mouse over the Mandolin button and more buttons will display for music theory and hardcopy books. The fiddle is now divided into two separate sections; with and without fiddle tablature. The 'Free stuff' section will also have separate categories as more songs, mp3s and videos are posted.

  • Facebook and Twitter are now integrated with each page.

  • A new video player, 'YouTube style' is now integrated to make watching videos simple and easy to navigate

  • Additional content, including new artists and music will be posted. Others styles of music, other than bluegrass will be featured.

  • EVERYTHING, including all of the free PDF music, tablature, mp3s, videos, downloadable eBooks and Hard Copy books and DVDs will now be found on this site.

  • PayPal is now the standard for all orders. This will make all transactions simple and secure. You can use a regular credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.

  • I've had MANY requests for individual song downloads. These will be posted on the 'Artist Choice' pages.

  • THIS PAGE that you're reading will be the new 'What's New' page including the newest releases and popular 'Song of the Month'. So, this page is the one you will want to book mark.

These and MANY more features will be added over the coming months. Enjoying browsing the new site and get ready for more great music and fine artistry!
